Polyurethane rigid foam: rigid foam plastic, which is composed of A component and B component mixture, has the functions of thermal insulation and insulation. It is called rigid polyurethane foam, or polyurethane rigid foam.
Component a material: component a material refers to the composite material composed of composite Polyols (composite polyether or polyester) and foaming agents and other additives, commonly known as white material. Component A is one of the necessary raw materials for forming polyurethane rigid foam.
Component B material: component B material refers to the raw material whose main component is isocyanate, commonly known as black material. Component B is also one of the necessary raw materials for forming polyurethane rigid foam.
Polyurethane rigid foam exterior wall external insulation system: it is composed of polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer, interface layer, plastering layer, finishing layer or fixed materials. It is the general name of non load-bearing insulation structure formed on the outer surface of exterior wall.
Construction of polyurethane rigid foam by spraying method: the spraying equipment is adopted to spray component A and component B from the nozzle of the spray gun in a certain proportion, and then mix them evenly immediately, and then foam rapidly to form seamless polyurethane rigid foam on the base course of the outer wall. This construction method of polyurethane rigid foam is called spraying method.
Construction of polyurethane rigid foam by pouring method: the pouring equipment is used to inject the mixture formed by spraying component A and component B from the pouring gun according to a certain proportion on the installation site into the formwork cavity installed on the outer wall, and then the mixture foams at a certain speed to form a full and continuous polyurethane rigid foam in the formwork cavity. This construction method of polyurethane rigid foam is called pouring method.
Polyurethane rigid foam insulation board: polyurethane rigid foam insulation board refers to the insulation board produced on the production line of the factory, with polyurethane rigid foam as the core material and covered with a certain non decorative surface layer on both sides. The surface course is generally to increase the bonding strength between polyurethane rigid foam insulation board and base wall, prevent ultraviolet rays and reduce damage during transportation.
Polyurethane rigid foam composite insulation board: polyurethane rigid foam composite insulation board refers to the composite board produced on the production line of the factory, with polyurethane rigid foam as the core material and covered with a certain decorative surface layer on both sides or one side.
Construction of polyurethane rigid foam by bonding method: the polyurethane rigid foam insulation board or polyurethane rigid foam composite insulation board is bonded to the surface of the outer wall base layer with special bonding materials to form an insulation layer or insulation decoration composite layer. This construction method of polyurethane rigid foam is called bonding method.
Keel: it is fixed at the load-bearing part of the building exterior wall in an appropriate way and with sufficient strength, and is used to hang the skeleton of polyurethane rigid foam insulation board or decorative board, which is called keel.
Pendant: a mechanical fastener that fixes polyurethane rigid foam insulation board or decorative board on the keel with sufficient strength, which is called pendant. Construction of polyurethane rigid foam by dry hanging method: a special pendant is used to fix the polyurethane rigid foam insulation board or thermal insulation decoration composite board on the surface of the outer wall base layer to form a thermal insulation layer or thermal insulation decoration composite layer. This construction method of polyurethane rigid foam is called dry hanging method.
Non removable formwork: after the pouring construction of polyurethane rigid foam, the formwork will not be removed and will be used as an integral part of the external insulation system. Such a template is called a detachable template.
Adhesive: it is used for bonding between polyurethane rigid foam insulation board and base wall to become adhesive. Plastering glue: the material used to form the plastering layer outside the thermal insulation layer is called plastering glue. Compression folding ratio: the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength of the same material is called compression folding ratio.
